Staff were recruited safely and trained appropriately to help ensure they were competent for their role. People were supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives in the least restrictive way possible. Staff managed medicines safely. There were proactive strategies in place to help ensure people were not over-medicated by medicines.”

“People were cared for and supported by a consistent team of staff who understood and respected people’s preferences. People were encouraged and supported to live a life of their choosing and to increase their independence and involvement within the community.”
