The Site is operated by YourCareHome, a website operated by theMediaFlow Ltd, c/o HSA, Lewis House, Great Chesterford Court, Great Chesterford, Saffron Walden, CB10 1PF, England. References in these Terms to we, us or our mean YourCareHome / theMediaFlow Ltd.

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

1. About the Site

1.1 The Site is a UK information and comparison website relating to care homes, home care providers and related care services.

1.2 The Site is intended to help users research and compare care providers and care-related options. We provide information in good faith to assist users with their own research.

1.3 We are not a care provider, medical provider, legal adviser, financial adviser or regulated care adviser unless we expressly say otherwise.

2.4 Care providers are responsible for information they submit to us or ask us to publish on their behalf.

2.5 If we receive notice that information may be inaccurate, misleading, incomplete or out of date, we may investigate and may amend, remove, suspend or update the relevant content in our discretion.

2.6 Content on the Site is provided to help users carry out their own research and compare options. We are not responsible for how users interpret or rely on the information on the Site.

3. CQC and other regulatory information

3.1 The Site may display or refer to information from the Care Quality Commission or other public bodies.

3.2 Such information remains subject to change by the original source, and users should check the relevant regulator directly for the latest official position.

  • your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

4.3 We may review, verify, moderate, edit, refuse, remove, suspend, relabel, summarise or deprioritise User Content at any time.

4.4 We may ask for information to help assess whether a review or comment appears genuine and relevant.

4.5 We do not guarantee publication, ranking, permanence or prominence of any review, rating, comment or provider reply.

5. Paid services and provider services

5.1 We may offer paid services on the Site, including enhanced listings, profile upgrades, promoted placement, advertising, lead generation, enquiry handling or conversion-based services.

5.2 Any such paid services may be subject to separate provider terms, pricing terms, lead validation rules, service descriptions or campaign-specific conditions.

5.3 Where a provider pays for promotion, visibility, advertising or other services, we may identify content or placement as promoted, sponsored, featured or similar.

5.4 Paid placement does not amount to a recommendation or endorsement by us.

6. Acceptable use

6.1 You must use the Site only for lawful purposes.

6.2 You must not:

  • misuse the Site or interfere with its operation;
  • attempt unauthorised access to the Site, its systems or related infrastructure;
  • introduce malware or harmful code;

11. Complaints and content notices

11.1 If you wish to report inaccurate content, unlawful content, privacy concerns or allegedly defamatory material, please contact us through our contact page.

11.2 We may investigate complaints and may remove, restrict, edit or retain content while doing so.

13. Governing law
