At West Hall, we have created a modern, high-quality care home that is fit for the demands and expectations of the 21st century. The unique appearance and design of West Hall, our professionally qualified staff and our state-of-the-art facilities creates a standard of care for older people that is dignified and personal and encourages an active, independent life.

The West Hall listed manor house has been refurbished to a high standard to provide a focus to the site and boasts a wide range of facilities, such as a hair and beauty salon, library, quiet room and both a bistro and private dining facility. All of these elements promise to enrich and vary the daily life of our residents.

Residents live in small groups in three specially built residences radiating out from the manor house. Each have large individual living / bedrooms and shared living and eating areas. The aim is to have a real sense of community for residents living at West Hall by offering a wide range of social activities and encouraging independence and choice.

We have a daily, weekly and monthly programme of activities, which are arranged with our resident’s input. Residents are supported to enjoy our extensive private gardens with lovely uplifting views.
