Holme Manor is a luxurious and well established home for ladies and gentlemen, our doors are open for both long term and short stays, we provide respite which is pre bookable and have an allocated room for this purpose sponsored by Lancashire County Council. We are are situated in the Rossendale Valley in an exclusive and select residential setting , the Manor is set in its own grounds, each room has its own call system, there are two main lounges and other areas to sit in, we provide a variety of activities for our residents and we have seperate dining room facilities.

The care we provide is indidually tailored to our residents needs, we undertake comprehensive and detailed person centered assessments and using this and other information provided by the familiesdraw up care plans which ensure that the veryu best outcomes are achieved for our residents, we aim to create a friendly family like atmosphere, our staff are all trained in the various demanding aspects of their roles and are committed to the provision of care at the highest level, we provide any trial period necessary to allow our prospective clients the opportunity to get to know us. Anyone can visit at any time, we encourage our residents to live life to the maximum of their capabilities and are committed to the dignity in care charter.

We are located in a quiet hamlet of Townsend Fold which is set in countryside but only half a mile outside Rawtenstall in Rossendale. If you take the Road to Bury out of Rawtenstall town centre, we are situated quarter of a mile up, on th eright hand side there is a sign at the end of Holme Lane for Holme Manor Care Home, if you continue down Holme Lane, over the level crossing, over the bridge, shrp left and up the short hill we are on the right, you will be able to see the many window boxes which are a feature of Holme Manor.
