Seaview provides support to individuals with Prader Willi syndrome, and is able to support people with a moderate learning disability and those who sometimes present with behaviours which challenge. The service can accommodate six individuals in the main house and one person in the annexe.

The people who live at Seaview benefit from a knowledgeable staff team who support each individual with a personalised care package and work with them to create Person Centred Care Plans and Positive Behavioural Support Plans which enable them to receive consistent support. Within this service, each individual is encouraged to devise and engage in a weekly programme of activities to include opportunities for education, leisure, social and fun activities alongside further development of independent living skills such as budget management, cooking and travelling independently as well as health and safety within the home. The aim is for individuals to move into more independent homes or supported living if they choose to in the future.

Seaview is a detached property with six bedrooms and a two bedroom annexe in a quiet residential area with stunning views of the Kent coastline and across the English Channel. The service benefits from easily accessible public transport routes into Folkestone and Dover as well as the tranquil environment associated with village life.
