49 Fellowes Way is a service for five young adults who are on the high functioning end of the autistic spectrum or have Aspergers Syndrome. The service is designed for people that need an intense support package to support them to manage areas of their life that they are finding difficult possibly due to their autism or mental health difficulties. This intense support package is also designed to facilitate independence skills so over a period of time each person is equipped with the necessary skills to manage in a more independent or supported living environment.

Each individual is supported to have a weekly programme of activities that is something they wish to participate in. These programmes will include leisure and fun activities as well as the learning of independence skills. These skills will include such things as budget management, cooking, travelling independently as well as health and safety within the home.

49 Fellowes Way is situated in a quiet residential area in Stevenage in Hertfordshire. This area has very good transport links to the local shops and facilities as well as Central London, Cambridge and Peterborough.
