At Elliott House we provide care and support to six people with a learning disability and associated complex support needs, which may include behavioural support.
Elliott House is located in Great Houghton in Barnsley and is close to a wide range of leisure and education facilities.

Each person is encouraged to develop and experience a variety of activities both within the service and making use of facilities in the local area. We have good links with the local community and with specialist services, such as colleges and supported employment placements.

A service vehicle is available but where possible people are encouraged to use the good local public transport links, helping to build independence.

Elliott House has four bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities and the option of a small kitchenette to facilitate further independent style living.

There are also two self-contained apartments, each of which has its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area.

The service has a number of communal areas, offering the option of spending time with others or relaxing alone. These include a lounge, a fully accessible kitchen and an activity room with sensory equipment.

The service has a garden with lawned areas and a large level patio.
