The Royal Bay Nursing Home is in a quiet location in Aldwick, Bognor Regis, West Sussex. It is surrounded by mature gardens yet close to the sea. The Nursing Home was acquired by the present owners in 1999 and has benefitted from extensive refurbishment and now conforms to all the new regulations under the Care Standards Act, regulated by the Care Quality Comission (CQC). Royal Bay Care Homes is a long-established group with over 27 years experience of providing caring and secure residential homes for the elderly. This is a truly vocational environment where the carers who succeed are the ones who see beyond the frailty of older age and the limitations it brings, into the whole person and their rich experience of life. All Royal Bay Care Staff have training appropriate to their duties and responsibilities. Many are undergoing continued vocational qualification training to help them progress in their delivery of professional and friendly care. Care Home Managers all hold the NVQ in Care the highest level, or the Registered Manager's Award.
