Surrey Heights is a privately owned, care home offering residential care for thirty-nine older people with dementia. It is a large detached building in acres of mature south facing grounds on the crest of the Surrey Hills in Wormley. The home is one of a number of others run by "CHD Living" in Surrey. Surrey Heights provides a high quality service in a friendly environment, so that all residents can live their lives their way. Care is delivered to suit the needs of the individual always with respect, dignity and kindness.

Established in 1984, CHD Living (formerly Care Homes of Distinction) is a family owned group of care facilities located across North-Surrey, South-West Surrey and South London. It is a place where residents are encouraged to ‘live their life their way’, in facilities of the highest quality that promise superior, person-centred care. Each home-like unit is set in beautifully landscaped gardens and residents have the choice between modern or traditional settings. Longdene Homecare Limited, the home care facility at CHD Living, is able to provide support in your own home from its offices in Walton-on-Thames and Godalming.
