About Us
Home With You is an independent company  owned and managed by Lynne King who brings a unique range of experience to our home care organisation.  She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and Society from Brunel University and a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice from the Scarman Centre for Public Order Studies.   After many years business experience in finance and contracts management, Lynne first began working within a domiciliary care agency in a management capacity 7 years ago.
Her approach to care at Home With You is hands-on, from carrying out initial assessments and ensuring quality of service to retaining some involvement in providing care.  Lynne sees this as a vital way  to maintain a first hand awareness of ‘the sharp end’ from the point of view of both clients and staff.  Lynne believes this high visibility is the best way to make herself accessible and approachable. She also recognises that care provision is evolving all the time and ensures knowledge  and training are up to date and informed by Care Quality Commission guidelines.
