Ashbrook Court has been built to a very high standard both, with the decoration and the equipment used throughout. Great care taken to ensure it is very homely feel and residents are encouraged to personalise their own rooms. The Patient centred care at the home is supported by therapeutic activities such as gardening and reminiscence activities, and co-ordinated by a dedicated activities officer. As a consequence activities are rich and varied. They work very closely with local organisations and the community, and their range of dementia care services enables us to deliver to residents, a seamless provision of health services through time as specific needs arise. Many of the rooms open up onto our garden and patio spaces, which are secure and extensively used throughout the summer. Fresh home cooked food is served daily, with delicious cakes with afternoon tea and snacks available throughout the day.
