That is no surprise as our promise to all of our residents is to provide them with a home where their wishes and needs come first - a real home where they can live with dignity and feel secure. We will provide care and assistance where necessary and company or privacy as desired.

Our aim within Arden House is to care for residents in the same way and in the same environment that we would want for our own parents. It is so important that the Home becomes a real home, with all the feelings and emotions that we associate with the word, for the residents, their families and their supporters. In delivering this commitment, a resident must be allowed privacy, dignity, independence, security, choice and fulfilment within a quality care environment. We must protect and ensure each and every individual’s human and civil rights. These objectives are the cornerstones of our philosophy and have become imbedded into the way the Home operates.

From J20 of M25 follow A41 south to first traffic lights. Turn left and go over bridge to mini roundabout. Straight over and under railway bridge. Take 3rd left into Upper Highway, with Arden House 200yds on LHS.
