When you enter Cedar Grange your senses are hit with not only the wonderful smell of freshly ground coffee, but the fantastic view of Launceston Castle straight in front of you. Throughout Cedar Grange we have under-floor heating and with scenic lounges at the ends of each living space natural light and heat is drawn through the fantastic picture windows. The natural energy is then pushed back up through the living areas, thus recycling the warm air. On each suite of fifteen rooms residents have use of 2 scenic lounges and a lounge / diner that has a 42in flat screen TV with DVD player. These rooms are very spacious and again filled with natural light. Each lounge / diner area has a working kitchen, which contains cupboards, cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle or anything you might find in your own home. Residents are free to cook and make tea and to offer tea to relatives if they so wish. Every bedroom is en-suite and has a sensor above the bed so if a client were to get out of bed in the night the bathroom light automatically comes on. Each bedroom has a wide range of facilities available including telephone, broadband, Sky TV and digital radio which residents can purchase if they so wish.
