Brooke House is a transitional service which supports up to nine young adults with a learning disability and additional needs to develop the skills to live more independently.

At Brooke House, we support and encourage everyone to develop the skills they need to live as independently as possible. Everyone has a two-year support pathway, tailored to their individual needs, which is designed to ‘Make Independence Happen’.

We encourage people to identify their aspirations and make their own individual choices about day-to-day living as well as their educational and career goals. Everyone has the opportunity, with our support, to participate in college courses or work placements, interact with the local community and develop their social network.
